The optical design of this Helios-44 was modified in my workshop to produce a stronger swirly bokeh, similar to Joseph Petzval lenses. This lens has a 13-blade aperture diaphragm, providing a smooth circle at all apertures. The edges of the glass elements were additionally blackened, resulting in slightly stronger contrast.

Restored using modern lubricants. The glass is washed with Zeiss products inside and out. There are cleaning marks on the glasses

To mount this lens to your mirrorless camera, you will need an M39 adapter (Leica)
