The lenses are washed inside and out with Zeiss products.

The lubricant in the helicoid has been replaced with a modern Japanese one. There are cleaning marks on the front glass

The rangefinder pusher has been modified, possibly for Leica camera. I have no way to check right now, but judging by the look of the pusher, the Leica’s rangefinder will give correct readings when taking portraits. It will not affect mirrorless cameras from other manufacturers.
